Unclear what exactly is going on at @Rackspace. If it is a "normal" data failure, it won't take so long to recover. Perhaps its #Exchange sever was hit by ransomware, and the attack cascades to its hot and cold backups (unlikely all cold backups are toasted)
Hi @Sherweb, have you patched all Exchange servers? I bet you know how desperate @Rackspace is right now. Don't let hackers play the same script twice.
